Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@ceramicpro.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Discrepancies
You have 7 days from delivery to report any discrepancies with your order (missing items, incorrect items, or visible issues). This allows us to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Reports made outside of this window may not be eligible for review or resolution.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery for the issue to be evaluated.
Failure to report damage or issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

Ceramic Pro is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times vary by bank or credit card provider and may take several business days to post.
